This Tahini and Smoked Paprika Dip is packed full of flavour, with a dash of freshness from the pomegranate.
1 tub cup Anchor Sour Cream
¼ cup tahini
Zest and juice of a lemon
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp ground smoked paprika, plus extra for sprinkling
1 tsp sea salt
Pomegranate seeds for serving
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor
- Pour into a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to use
- Sprinkle with extra smoked paprika and pomegranate seeds if you wish
