Tahini & Smoked Paprika Dip  with Pomegranate

serves 4 15 mins


1 tub cup Anchor Sour Cream

¼ cup tahini

Zest and juice of a lemon

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 tsp ground smoked paprika, plus extra for sprinkling

1 tsp sea salt

Pomegranate seeds for serving


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor
  2. Pour into a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to use
  3. Sprinkle with extra smoked paprika and pomegranate seeds if you wish
