Spiced Turmeric Dip

Ingredients

1 tub of Anchor Sour Cream, 250g

1 tablespoon of turmeric powder

The juice and zest of 1 lemon

Salt

Pepper

Toppings: crushed macademias and dukkah

Instructions

  1. Blend the Anchor Sour Cream and turmeric powder
  2. Slow add in the juice of the lemon
  3. Blitz in the salt and pepper
  4. Garnish with lemon zest, crushed macademias and dukkah
