Yoghurt Bark with Probiotic +

This yoghurt bark is packed with delicious berries and crunchy muesli, but the secret ingredient is our Anchor Probiotic+ Yoghurt, which is filled with all the benefits of probiotics.

Method
  1. Line a freezer-proof baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Spread the Anchor Probiotic+ yoghurt in an even layer across the baking paper.
  2. Top the yoghurt with the fruit and muesli, then drizzle the honey over the top.
  3. Cover the tray with foil and freeze for 6-7 hours or overnight. When frozen, cut or break into shards.
  4. Serve immediately. You can make the bark in advance and store frozen for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container.
